Our Town Developments is a company dedicated to property development in Gibraltar. Our credo is “Our Time for Our Town”. We see the need to develop elegant residences and offices within the Rock’s old town.

Our Town Developments has its own, in-house structure for the management of its property developments so it has total control over the real estate process: from land investment to integrated project conception and design, marketing, construction and customer hand-over, through to a unique and after-sales service.

The ambition of Our Town Developments is to pursue the vision of the beautification of historic properties in the old town of Gibraltar, as well as engaging with superior projects in terms of size and concepts, such as for example hotels and shopping centres.
